This forum advantaged by Porong ooze’s victims to express their fate, to express environment and human crime that matter in Porong. Because of that, Although great difficulty, finally the group can follow every program in Civil Society Forum (CSF) village.

The arrival a small group which consist of nine ooze’s victims to Bali is their target. They do very hard to go to Bali before they are go, they confuse, seek an assistance funds. Their trip also not easy. The names of that nine persons identified completely. Moreover it’s name sticked in inspection post. All of them are investigated one by one. The KTP is scanned, their photos are taken half body, their finger prints are taken too, their high are measured. It is unsufficient. They are forced to sign a declaration letter. Bambang Wuryanto, as coordinator, feel treated unfair, because this nine persons not go to Bali for make disturbance. It is better to the Police Agencies not to do it. Because they (nine persons) are citizen of country, not teroris.

The group arrive in Bali on Wednesday, December, 5, in the morning. In there, they feel not quiet because they always in controlling. It’s done since they were go to Bali. Bambang Wuryanto often called by phone by a Police Agencies to ask their condition and what are they doing. In addition, they must moving from one place to other place for get a place where peaceful. They are protecting one and the others. They also becarefull to earn their living. It must do by one person and the others unchanged. They never feel comfortable.

That treatment is excessive. It is not suitable to do, for citizen our country who have not crime purpose. They just want to advantage this international forum as media of express their aspiration, that always not interested and responsed by a government. In this case, we can not see from just one side because it is cause a refutation for a government.

Many disaster matter in everywhere, exspecially in our Country, Indonesia. Because of that, a government confuce for facing many problems. Therefore, a government need to construct a special team who handle a disaster. For example, a special team who handle an ooze’s flood in Porong.

Respecting for the United Nations for Climate Change conference (UNFCC) in Bali, the ooze’s victims not remained motionless. They delegate nine persons to express their fate. This conference talk about climate change in the world, exspecially a global warming which more serious condition and become wider. This condition cause apprehension a human life. The vein of ozone which protecting earth atmosphere is eroded little by little by Carbon Dioksida’s emition and other carbon’s emition. For example, what a matter in Porong, a gas which produced by ooze is destroy an environment air. If this case allowed, the greenhouse effect will be mattered.

They (nine persons) follow several program in CSF village very full. They are seminar, discuss, and testimony. In other ooze’s victims, there are a farmer, group, fisherman, tradition guard, inhabitant community in forest where attacked by the crime of environment and humanbeings.

On Thursday, December, 6, minister of environment affairs, Rahmat Witoelar arrive in CSF village. He said that the announcement to citizen of country about the long time effect of smoke from outpouring center which inhaled, is a sector national tragedi’s order. In the afternoon, Slamet Rahardjo arrive and talk about culture and environment.

After jum’at’s pray, December, 7, ooze’s victims and farmers which united in farmer group testimony get an opportunity in CSF village. They make use of this forum as sharing arena about their suffering and opportunity to support a motivation from society at large. They (the ooze’s victims) more and more feel that the government bring permit his citizen of country be a separated class and chased from their country theirself. In the night, held a discuss with Walhi (wahana lingkungan hidup), LSM of environment from Malaysia, German, and Belanda.

A new year is a celebration in which a culture celebrate finishing of year and beginning a next year. The culture that have measure annual calendar have a new year celebration. The day of new year in Indonesia celebrate on January, 1st because Indonesia adapted from Gregorian calendar, like a majority of state in the world.

Many of people celebrate A night of year change with go on vacation to some place, watching a music show, watching television, burn a corn chat with the others, go to seashore and then daydream while look a sea, while stay up and talk all night, sparkler party, play a trumpet in moments entering a new year, leather puppet all night moreover not behind that lately what be a trend in any place apparently, celebrate a new year with held a dzikir together.

Talk about a law of the new year occasion with devout, according to the any reference in the books and internet, and according to the Islamic teacher says, Rasulullah saw. Didn’t show by example for celebrate a new year, moreover celebrate it with dzikir, or every devout. Moreover, in several of reference, mentioned that it’s a bid’ah!!! There are many different opinions about a law of a new year masehi celebration. Part of the people are forbid it and another part are permit it with a requirements.

1.    an opinion that forbid a new year celebration
They who forbid a night of new year masehi celebration, adduce arguments. The night of a new year celebration actually is a worshipping ritual by adherents of a religion in Eropa, either Nasrani or other religion. Finally, a new year masehi celebration is an infidel religion holiday celebration. However, may be there are certain opinion that a new year celebration is in their aim, but at least a muslim who celebrate a night of new year is like an infidel worshipping. And the law of it’s just resemble is forbidden, in the same manner as Rasulullah saw. Says:

Forbidding a night of new year celebration to the muslims is the effort to prevent and protect them from negative influence which usual done by immoral man. Celebrate a night of new year arrival is a bid’ah that never do by Rasulullah saw., disciples of Muhammad saw., and salafus shalih.

So the law of new year celebration is bid’ah if exspecially in the night of new year, held a certain ritual worshipping, like a qiyamullail, praying together, istighatsah, night meditation, contemplation of natural, or other mahdhah worshipping, because there are not base of syar’i. A muslim who always a follower celebrate a new year will stricken by misfortunes, they are:
1.    it is ones form of tasyabbuh (resemble) an infidel peoples that prohibited by Rasulullah saw.
2.    Doing the deed of loyalty like a dzikir, read a holy Qur’an, and the others which be specialed to welcomed a new year arrival is a bid’ah which misled.
3.    Ikhtilath (mixed up) between a boy and girl as we seen on almost a whole of new year celebration moreover till fall into sexual acts outside of marriage, na’udzubillahi min dzalika
4.    Wasting a muslims properties, because money that they take out to celebrate it (buy the foods, shared out a gift, play a trumpet, etc.) is unimportance inside Allah swt. And other misfortunes in the form of sin and to be avoided an religious grounds. Wallahua’lam

2.    an opinion that permit a new year celebration
an opinion that permit it is set out by an argument that a new year masehi celebration is not always related with certain ritual worshipping. All of it is in their aim. If aimed to worship or always a follower an infidel man, so it is forbidden. If it is not, so it is not forbidden.

They take a comparison with a muslim vacation in Christmas. In the fact, every red date in calendar because Christmas, a new year, ascension of Jesus, Easter, and the other, muslims follow to official leave, and school vacation. In addition, a syari’ah banking, Islamic school, Islamic boarding school, department of religious affairs, and other Islamic institutions also follow to official leave. Does the muslim vacation because that Kristen holiday included celebrate their holiday? Generally we will answer that it is in their aim. If aimed to worship or always a follower an infidel man, so it is forbidden. If it is not, so it is permitted.

The people habitual to celebrate a night of a new year with drink a wine, zina, and other immoral deed, it’s law is forbidden. But if what they are doing is not immoral, so it is not forbidden. The things which forbidden are their immoral deed, not their night of a new year celebration. For example, a muslim took advantage of night of a new year event to do a positive things, like five the foods to the poor and needy, helps orphanage, cleaning living space and the others.

My experiences and my dreams

I began my study in IAIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya at September, 10 2007. I feel apart from my surrounding. Because of unparticipated in OSCAR, I didn’t know all my friends. But I was know some peoples which I knew before in one of organization.
A year ago, I studied in State University of Surabaya ( UNESA ). I was also join to one of organization in IAIN Sunan Ampel  so I had connected with some peoples in IAIN although I was a student in UNESA. I studied in UNESA about one semester and two weeks. In second semester I studied in there just two weeks. Because of sick, I was naught all study programs which I was programed. It’s different with leave ( cuti ).
After six month, I register to IAIN Sunan Ampel  and praise be to God I received there so in 2007 I move from UNESA to IAIN Sunan Ampel. I not take a part in OSCAR so I haven’t many recognize in IAIN, exspecially in Tarbiyah faculty. I think it’s a problem to me so I want to solve that problem. I was experiented be a student on university therefore I know how to opposite a new student of university.
On Monday, the firts day I studied in IAIN, I entering a class to follow  an arab language test. I was late about twenty minutes so I nervous opposite many questions on the text. I refresh myself in order to can answer rightly. After that I follow reading holy Qur’an test.
On Tuesday, I look a result of test on announcement board. Praise be to God I entering class B, which all of people say that it’s favorite intensive class. I shocked. It’s challenge to me. There are humour experience,after look an announcement I entering a class B while brought many language arab books which I took from LPBA. I divided that books to my friends and so gave informations about arab language intensive. Surprised, my friends consider me a dosen assistant.
Wednesday is the first day I attend classes in class F. On the first week many lesson not actived. Once upon a time, I try to write an article its the title “Urgensi Organisasi“ and I send to ‘Kombas’crew. My article published at ‘Kombas’ third edition. Beginning, I affraid if there anyone disagree and then critisize my opinion but I think it’s a consequence to a writer.
I have many targets in a first semester. They are about IP, organization, get a scholarship, and intelectual development. I have to get high IP and not lesson be repeat. I want to active on organization. Consequently, I must manage a time preparly. I musn’t affraid to try write my opinion sistematically. So I follow ‘Kombas’ to create it. I want to get a scholarship because if I can do it I will minimize a cost my study. An organization, is one of choice rightly to evolve my intelectual question. Finally, I hope I can create my dreams in order to make my parent proud of  me.
